Cheddar Cheese is a rennet cheese made out of pasteurized milk which is adjusted to the corresponding fat content. The production proces includes coagulation, cutting of the gelatin and the curd treatment. The curd mixture is being put into moulds and pressed. Afterwards follows salting in the salt bath and vacuum packing. Degree of cheese maturity follows client’s requirements.
